Static vs Dynamic Calibration

Static calibration is performed with the vehicle stationary using manufacturer-specific target boards positioned at precise distances and angles in front of the vehicle. The calibration software reads the camera feed, compares it against the target board position, and adjusts the camera parameters until the alignment is within manufacturer specification.

Dynamic calibration is performed by driving the vehicle at a specified speed on a road with clear lane markings while the calibration software monitors the camera feed and adjusts parameters in real time.
